Awards

 

CBCI confers three awards during its annual Founding Day Celebration:

     I)   Jayeze-ye Shora-ye Ketab-e Koodak/Ketab-e bargozideh (CBCI Award): This Bronze Plaque was first awarded in 1971.   It is awarded to single or complete works, of authors, illustrators or translators.  The plaque can also be awarded to those who have made outstanding contribution to the development of children’s literature in Iran. 

    II)   Mo`areffi Vidjeh (Specially Commended): this Diploma is awarded to works of fiction, translation, illustration, poetry, and non-fiction.  The Diploma can also be awarded to a publisher for signicant contribution to children’s literature.

    III)    Lowh-e Sepas (Diploma of Appreciation) for Contribution to Children’s Literature is awarded to members and non-members for effective work supporting CBCI’s aims and objectives.
