| Help to provide computer equipment and facilities for schools in the country, initially for 100 schools by the year 2003. | |
| Develop a database on the World Wide Web both for the concrete needs of the educational and research institutions in the country and the concrete help that experts, academics and professionals abroad can provide to meet these needs. | |
| Provide help to obtain or update academic journals and textbooks in libraries across the country. | |
| Provide scholarships and prizes in academic disciplines and in creative arts to enable students and researchers to work productively in Iran and to create a self-sustaining and effective educational system in the country. |
